Ed and Frances Walters

Ed was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1946. He is married to Francis and they have two children. Ed studied Architecture for two years while attending Jacksonville University (Florida). He received his State of Florida contractor's License and is registered with the Florida Department of Professional Regulation.

Mr. Walters has been recognized annually for "Excellence in Energy Efficient Construction" and was presented the 1989 AURORA MERIT AWARD by the Southeast Builders Conference for the Most Energy Efficient Construction. He is a well-known community leader, having served on the following committees: Gulf Breeze Silver Celebration Committee, Project Graduation Committee, Chairman of the Gulf Breeze Christmas Parade and Member of the City Planning Board. Ed Walters (and associates) donated the sales proceeds from three houses to community service. Ed is recognized as a youth activities leader, supporting YMCA dances, Band Booster Clubs and Chamber of Commerce Treasure Hunts.

Ed and Frances Walters co-authored the book The Gulf Breeze Sightings: The Most Astounding Multiple Sightings of UFOs in U.S. History; William Morrow and Company, New York, NY (1990). After his family endured a very traumatic six months of UFO experiences that disrupted their lives, they have taken an active role in the search to understand the UFO phenomenon.
