Buddy Greco was a singer who allegedly observed a UFO in 1962 while driving with his wife through the desert between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. At about 3:00 a.m. on a clear night, he saw a metallic dome spinning on the ground. Brilliant white lights flashed around its rim. Suddenly, the object rose vertically and shot up into the sky at an incredible speed. Terrified, Greco accelerated and sped off.
