Sudbury 'UFO-logist' to guest on Camilla Scott Friday, the 13th

A Hanmer-based UFO researcher will be one of several guests with expertise on unidentified flying objects to be featured on the Camilla Scott Show, airing Friday, March 13 at 3 pm on CTV.

Michel Deschamps will be one of five UFO investigators appearing on a show exploring the phenomenon.

The show, taped earlier, also features an American "skeptic", considered an authority on debunking alien sightings and other paranormal ocurrences.

Deschamps has been researching the subject for decades and has investigated reports of mysterious sightings throughout Sudbury Region and along the North Shore.

He is writing a book on UFO sightings and has completed 315 pages of his manuscript so far.

"I'm still gathering plenty of information. I've been doing research for 20 years," said Deschamps.

Deschamps, who is provincial section director for the Mutual Unidentified Flyng Object Network (MUFON), said he is also investigating reports of Big Foot sightings in the Blind River area.
