Glowing Object In Sky

A glowing object with a reddish tail which took a few seconds to come from the sea at a height of a few thousand feet and pass inland beyond the Hunter Hills was seen by a number of persons last night about 10.30.

This information was given by persons from the St. Andrews district. Their accounts differed a little in detail, but agreed in the main.
