What's
New - Animal Mutilations
|
Linda
Moulton Howe began her career at Stanford. The Stanford
linear accelerators, working with early computers and the
bombardment images.
From
there to a local Boston TV station to work in science
and medicine, and then to Director of Special Projects
at a local Denver TV Station. In the summer of 1979, Mark
O'Kane, an audio man, said he had just come off of a shoot
with 20/20. He took Linda to a location where animals,
mostly cattle, had ears, eyes, tongue, jaws, genitals
and rectum cored out with no blood and no tracks. If that
wasn't strange enough, there was something else odd that
was happening on location. They couldn't keep the battery
packs operating when near the animals. Why?
Linda
and the crew went from one location to another investigating
this strange phenomenon. Sheriff Tex Graves from Logon
County, who was about to retire, told her off camera that
the animal mutilation perpetrators were creatures
from outer space.
This
began Linda's "trip down the rabbit hole".
"The subject of A Strange Harvest was my 9-months-long
investigation of the animal mutilation mystery in Colorado
and the surrounding region, North America and beyond to
both hemispheres of this planet. Cattle, horses, goats,
sheep, pigs, rabbits, dogs, cats and even wild game such
as deer and marmots were found dead with bloodless excisions
and no tracks around their bodies, not even their own
tracks.
My documentary crew and I traveled to many mutilation
sites and interviewed sheriffs and deputies in law enforcement.
Retired former Logan County Sheriff Tex Graves showed
us photographs of strange aerial lights he and others
had seen over pastures where mutilated animals were found
with the same bloodless pattern of excisions. But even
though Sheriff Graves had told me off camera that he and
others in law enforcement believed the animal mutilation
perpetrators were "creatures from outer space,"
he would not talk about that on camera.
Then on the evening of October 18, 1979, in an interview
with Lou Girodo, Chief Investigator for the District Attorney's
Office in Trinidad, Colorado, he said those words on the
record. Lou had been assigned to investigate the several
cattle mutilations around Trinidad and with our TV camera
rolling, I asked him, "Who? or what? do you think
is killing and mutilating these animals?" Lou Girodo
looked right at me and said, "Who is doing this now
is very possibly creatures not of this planet." He
and a deputy had even watched an orange glowing sphere
split in two over a farm region where there had been cattle
mutilations. One orange sphere went north and the other
orange sphere went south. A few minutes later, Lou said
with amazement in his voice, the two orange spheres merged
back together "and went straight down into the ground!"

Skip
forward many years, takes her face to face with the US government,
when working on an HBO Special in which she would explore
the idea that the perpetrators were from outer space. A
one hour special they planned on calling 'The ET Factor'.
The government tried to block her every step of the way.

The
exact year of this case is unknown, as the original translation
only had the day of the month. It is believed this was in
2014, but the month is unclear.

Thanks
to our friend Marcelo Fasano we have learned of new cattle
mutilation events in the locality of Reconquista, Santa
Fe.
The
story was covered by local station Radio Amanecer and is
very interesting. It states that the animals owner
found the animal in a state of nevers and trembling on Friday
the 15th, and the found it dead with these injuries on Monday
the 18th.
Two
new cases occurred during this instance: one of them in
Villa Adela, in the Villa Ocampo district, at the farm of
Osvaldo Marega; another occurred at Km.20, jurisdiction
of Tartagal, in a field owned by the Miranda family. In
each of these, the are not only many similarities to be
found, but also with other events that have occurred in
different parts of this northern Santa Fe community in recent
months.

HENRY
COUNTY, Mo. - A Missouri rancher is getting tired of making
disturbing discoveries on her Henry County land. Lyn Mitchell
said she is out of reasonable explanations for what's to
blame for killing her livestock.
Mitchell
said she's normally a private person, but the deaths of
three of her cattle have her speaking out.
"It's
just something I want some answers to," she said.
Mitchell
found the first cow in December 2011.
"She
had obviously been cut on the side of her jaw," Mitchell
said. "Her tongue was gone, her ear was gone."
She
initially assumed the animal had fallen victim to teenagers
or was part of a sacrificial ritual, until earlier this
month. Mitchell made the next discovery on July 9.
"I
looked first to see her tongue was gone, then immediately
noticed the udder had been completely removed," Mitchell
said.
The
reproductive organs were gone too, Mitchell said. A char
mark outlining the cow's body - still visible today - made
the death even more mysterious.
Finally
on July 19, Mitchell found the third cow. She said its heart
was exposed and its teats were cut off.
All
three animals' tongues were also cut out.
Mitchell
said the cuts all looked surgical with clean, precise incisions.
And in all three deaths, Mitchell said there was no blood
despite the animals' gaping wounds.
Since
the cows graze in such an isolated place, nobody saw or
heard a thing. Mitchell said the sheriff's department and
a veterinarian have investigated, but can't come up with
an answer.
"The
more it happens, the more questions you get. And the more
you learn, you find more and more things that make you ask
more questions," Mitchell said.
With
all other reasonable causes debunked, Mitchell said she
is open to the possibility that extraterrestrial life could
be responsible.
Similar
cases of animal mutilation have been reported in Missouri
in the past few years. The FBI nearly investigated in the
1970s. With the unsolved mysteries looming, aliens have
become a common answer.
Mitchell
is considering installing cameras to catch the person or
thing in action the next time they visit her ranch. She
just wants the killing to stop.
"Something
happened to these cows and it's not something that you see
every day, it's not in your normal, so something else is
going on," Mitchell said.

BY
MITCH WEBER, FoxNews Channel 4, Kansas City, Missouri
KANSAS
CITY, Mo. Police are investigating after a Northland
farmer reported that one of his cows had been found dead
and mutilated, apparently by someone who a veterinarian
says knew what they were doing.
According
to Kansas City Missouri Police, officers responded to a
call on Thursday morning to a farm near 120th and Brightwell
in rural Platte County, just west of KCI. There, officers
said that they found the cow, which had its sexual organs
and udder removed.
The
cows owner, Casey Hamilton, told police that the cow
had been ill, and had been moved to another pasture away
from the rest of his herd. According to the police report,
the cow was alive and recovering when it was last checked
on Wednesday night, but was found dead the following morning.
A
veterinarian examined the cow, and determined that its
vagina and udder had been removed. According to the police
report, the vet told officers that it was a precise cut
and whoever did it knew what they were doing.
He also stated that the cow was alive when the parts were
removed.
I
couldnt believe it happened so close to home,
said rancher Gordon Phillip, a friend of Hamiltons
and one of three ranchers in the area. The ranchers lease
the land from KCI the cattle herds keep tall grass
down, which in turn helps keep deer off the airports
runway.
Its
amazing, like how the vet said, if he had done a massive
masectomy like that on a cow there would be blood all over
the field, but there was no blood, said Phillip.
Police
say that when the cow was discovered on Thursday morning,
the gate was still locked and there were no footprints or
tire tracks leading to the dead cow.
Its
somewhat amazing because the lack of evidence, said
Phillip, who says that he discovered one of his own cows
mutilated 30 years ago. When he asked his vet for an explanation,
Phillip says that he just looked towards the sky.
He
was just amazed when I showed him this cow 30 years ago,
he went around and around looking for where a space machine
had landed to see if he could find any burn marks in the
pasture, said Phillip.
The
cows exact cause of death has not been determined,
but the vet told police that the cow did not die from the
mutilation. The lack of evidence is leading to a conundrum
for investigators and ranchers alike.
(Its)
just amazing how whoever does this terrible thing to animals
seems to know what they are doing, said Phillip.
